| MAREAL with CTE launches engineering company CETEAL and starts an offshore wind turbine activity. Offshore wind turbines, like all offshore structures, are subjected to exceptional environmental conditions and high security requirements. Because the design and study of such structures require appropriate expertise, MAREAL began a collaboration with CTE, an engineering company specializing in the calculation of wind turbine foundations, to found company CETEAL in October. Chaired by Henry Dupouy, closely collaborating with Thierry Hummel, CEO of CTE, engineering company CETEAL offers a specific solution for the design and calculation of offshore wind turbines. Combining the skills and expertise of MAREAL and CTE, CETEAL offers a specific solution for the design of offshore wind turbines. This offer includes the design and calculations of structures, feasibility studies prior to the project, and simulation of risks related to swell, fatigue or impacts of boats.
