| MAREAL officially started a process of ISO 9001 certification for all its activities. MAREAL is actively preparing for ISO 9001 certification for all its activities. The objectives are to strengthen the organization of the company to respond more effectively to customer requirements and maximize customer satisfaction, quality and reliability of results. The ISO 9001 standard provides a set of standardized requirements for a system of quality management. It is based on eight quality management principles including customer focus, employee involvement and system approach management and its implementation addresses four main areas, namely management responsibility, resource management, product realization and continuous improvement. Our goal is to control the implementation process of the tasks entrusted to us in order to meet the schedules while producing reliable results. The implementation of ISO 9001 will also consolidate our know-how, develop our staff’s skills and streamline our organization. MAREAL is assisted in this process by the consulting office 4 As.
